Look who just arrived   I'll admit, he's smaller than I expected, but I'm still happy. It's a nice figure. Great quality finish and the color palette match well with the Figuarts.  Is that the bootleg or the real one? |

As a long-time collector of Dragonball figures and SH Figuarts in particular, and customizer for a few years, I'd like to once again thank everyone participating in this thread and the people keeping it afloat because it's the single best ressource for scale comparisons on Dragonball figures I've found across the web. By now I have accumulated a rather large collection that mixes many lines and figure/statue types based on Figuarts scale, so feel free to keep asking questions and if I can provide pictures or information I will. As for adding my two cents to the recent Dragon Stars Frieza (Fourth Form) scale, he's indeed way too tall for Figuarts but he works GREAT as a Cooler / Meta-Cooler figure (I made customs of that already, will share them some time), and I just picked up a third one for a Frost custom (fourth form). Frost (first form) will be doable with the upcoming First Form Dragon Stars figure I think, since he's supposed to be around Vegeta's height too. Keep up the good work, everyone! |

HI everybody, lately I've been really trying to add some minor characters to my Dragonball/Figuarts collection but Aliexpress/ebay/the internet is really overwhelming with all the bootlegs and various scales. I've checked all the posts in this thread but couldn't find an answer so I thought maybe somebody could help me out. I'm looking for a Mr Popo, Pilaf and his gang, Uranai Baba, Oolong and Puar. I'm worried that most of the figures are way out of scale so I would really appreciate your help. Thank you |

Thank you Unfortunately I can't find WCF Uranai Baba for a reasonable price in Europe and there seems to be no bootleg version of it. The Puar that is included with Yamcha? I will try to find that one. |

Thank you, I might have to import him, sometimes it's quite hard to find older Dragon Ball figures in Europe.
Does anybody know, how well the Bootleg Festival Oozaru scales with Figuarts? Is he big enough to make a nice display option with the figuarts?

The WCF Battle of Gods Pilaf, Shuu, and Mai should scale kind of ok with Figuarts. If you're referring to DB and not DB Super though... the IF Labs Pilaf/Shuu and Mai might scale reasonably ok with the Figuarts kid Goku and kid Krillin since they are so big. They won't be perfect though I don't think. ToadKart might be able to help you with comparison pics. Most of my collection is in storage containers currently. There's some Banpresto Mr. Popo and Oolong options that might scale ok with Figuarts Kid Goku and Kid Krillin, but I don't own them and can't help with advice or pics. I can show you my old figure display that has these IF Labs DB figures in it though. I also have a Banpresto Oolong in there too. For reference, Yamcha, Lunch, Mai, etc. would all be too large compared to DBZ Figuarts figures. But since the Goku, Krillin, and I guess Master Roshi are larger... maybe they would blend well...? I know the IF Labs Bulma is surely huge compared to the Figuarts one.   |

Thank you for your reply and the nice pictures I already ordered the WCF BoG Pilaf, Shuu and Mai figures, they should be here soon and should go relatively well with the DB Super Figuarts. I was already considering to get the If Labs figures but they always seemed to be really big. I just own the If Labs Master Roshi and Bulma and they would be way too big, even for the bigger scaled DB Figuarts. So far I couldn't find any comparison shots but maybe someone who owns the if labs figures and some DB figuarts could help me out there, I would really appreciate it  I will keep looking and post some pictures if I find some. |

@sonny545 Could you please post a picture showing IF Labs Bulma next to Figuarts Bulma next to Figuarts Kid Goku if you own all three of them? I'd be really interested in seeing that comparison. If you don't own all of those, how about IF Labs Bulma next to Figuarts Master Roshi? Or Figuarts Kid Krillin?

 WHOA! I have to be honest. Roshi, Goku, Krillin... they all scale nearly perfectly with IF Labs Bulma!!! WOW! If you scroll up and look at the first older pics of my collection I posted, Banpresto Scultures DB Episode 1 Bulma, AB Korin, Irwin Yajirobe, and perhaps Banpresto Uranai Baba (might be slightly too large) would scale nearly perfectly with these! Jakks DB Goku, Jakks Krillin, Irwin Chaozu (mine has a bootleg DWC head on it in the photo), IF Labs Launch, IF Labs Mai, Banpresto Scultures Tao Pai Pai, IF Labs Yamcha and Puar, and the other Jakks DB Goku would actually be ever so slightly small compared to these because their heads would be smaller (and some other issues, like Goku and Krillin being smaller in height for example... and if I remember right, the Launch and Mai figures are a bit taller than the Bulma figure). That's only if you wanted to be super picky (like I like to be). In my 2nd pic, Pilaf and Shuu would be much too large compared to these Figuarts figures. So would the Oolong. I don't believe there's a suitable Oolong, Pilaf, or Shuu to scale with them in that case.

Here's an image that shows why I think IF Labs Bulma scales extremely well with those! If your Roshi was standing straight up, the top of his head would probably come close to Bulma's eye level! The Goku and Krillin are of course too big, but we all know they gave them insanely long legs and arms.  |

Oh yeah, have to agree about Yajirobe. There are some characters from the Irwin line that I've bought who scale really nicely with SHF.
I bought Yajirobe and was working on customizing him to have poseable SHF arms before I had to pack all my stuff away a few months ago, it was a pretty neat project. I also bought Dende... Whose head is somewhat too large, but his body is actually about the right size, from what I could glean from shots where he's standing alongside other characters. I would just need to find a better head for him, probably from a more SD styled figure like WCF or something like that.
