Has anyone ever used this payment method before? I'm not too familiar with this and do not know how safe it is. I'm trying to buy something from UAE and for some reason Paypal doesn't accept AED. I have heard stories of people getting rocks and newspapers in their packages since the carrier isn't liability for whats in the package.
