Interesting thread.
1) What does the CE mean? It's weird that the Tien I had from Italy doesn't have it molded into his shoulder, but the Goku legs I have from Italy do have it. I guess GP revised the mold...?
CE means "European Community", probably they had to add it in later releases because of some stupid kind of new european laws
2) Why do some GP figures have black or colored text on their butts?
Same laws issue, toys produced in Italy seem to need marks and signatures as they have to grant that if a stupid kid bites the toy he won't get intoxicated by the material with which the figure is made of.
3) Does the production Gohan that came in a package have his yellow armor painted on the back side?
As long as I remind that gohan was always white on the back

Cool information. Shame that Tien isn't taller. ... Branjita, considering scale and everything else, that Goku is the best of the 3! The Gohan is the worst. lol

Great info! If you need a Dr. Gero hat, I believe I have an extra one I could sell you. I'd like to see the negative details you're mentioning, if you could take some pics! That seller has the typical production reject figures. This Pikkon is interesting. The paint never cured or something on it. What a mess. This Bulma appears to have a broken skirt. Like so many of the production Bulma figures that DID GET PACKAGED, she also has eyes that are not centered. I remember back in the day going through every Bulma Toys R Us had (about 5 or 6 of them maybe), trying to find one with eyes that were applied in the proper location. I settled on the best I could get. One of them were really far off... worse than this one.

I'm afraid there isn't much to show as you have to feel Gero's feet to see the issue and the Goku simply has that minor paint issue. I could try to get photos of them, but they wouldn't be nearly as interesting as yours. Money's tight at the moment, so I suppose we can discuss the hat at another time. In the meantime, how much are you looking to get for it?

Not much, but I don't know what it's worth. It seems like Dr. Gero sells for about $18 including $3 shipping with his hat on ebay, and doesn't sell at all without his hat, based on completed listings. One for $10 including shipping didn't sell, but it was also missing the plastic bubble on his brain. Looking at active listings, there are ones without hats, but with brain bubbles, for $12 including shipping and they haven't sold yet, so they might be overpriced. So I'm going to say that the hat adds around $8 value.
With you being in Canada and me being in the US, the shipping price might be more than $3. I was going to ask $4 for the hat, plus shipping. Not sure if the hat is worth $4 + shipping to Canada to you. If I put it on ebay, I guess I'll put it on there for $5 + shipping and see if anybody buys it.

Ok, well, let's wait until I post some other stuff for sale on here, in case you want something else. It's kind of a shame to have to charge you whatever the shipping price will be, just for a hat.
