Am I the only one having hard time to apply the coupons getting from B&N? None of the coupons does not work on Bandai Tamashii products anymore... I used coupons even 2 months ago but not working now. Did they prohibit using coupons on Bandai products/toys in B&N?

Yeah I had the same issue when I tried to order an SHF Naruto with a coupon. Most of Bandai's stuff is "non coupon eligible" so yeah.  |

Ive seen some pics that some people got 30% when they checked out in stores...i only tried online but it didnt work. are coupons usable in store? Perhaps not, i still get 10%off as a memeber of BN right?

They don't let you use coupons on most figures i think.

I think Jon is who said he uses the coupons in stores no matter what. Most of the coupons haven't worked online ever since so many people took advantage of one on Android 18... and then had to complain about how damaged they all got in shipping due to being shipped in a cardboard fold-over piece of junk meant for mailing a book (with no care for the book much less a figure).

Yup, I have never had any issues using coupons and the membership discount on any collector figures IN STORE. The website has never worked for me with coupons, though. Even though the membership gets me free shipping, it doesn't give me the same 10% off that it does in store, either.  In store, the membership discount works even with sale/clearance items. That's why I wish more of the physical locations carried Figuarts. |
