Hey, are there Toei stickers on the boxes? If not, it's a counterfeit set.

Hey, are there Toei stickers on the boxes? If not, it's a counterfeit set. Wow Is that really the only way to know? Damn I can't see the top of the boxes on these pictures. I'm a bit afraid now. I might still be able to cancel this order, but probably would need to proof that they are bootlegs. Any other help? Or way to identify? Does someone have one of these?

The bootleg Popy figures like that are great quality, so as long as the price for the set isn't over... I dunno... $40, then I would say they are great for your collection.

It was specified clearly, that isn't what he was asking about. It would be subjective, of course, but for some of us putting 40$ for a set that isn't genuine is like putting it to the drain, since you would want the legitimate collectible.

I'm just saying that if they happened to be bootleg, it wouldn't be that bad. The legit figures are often listed for prices that seem too high ($100... $200... +). I'd be happy to own other bootleg sets at reasonable prices. Here's the comparison I did: Bootlegs come in sets of 25, or in my case, 24 with the mystery figure missing. Legitimate cases only hold 20 figures and it takes multiple cases of figures to acquire all 25 figures from each set. There are no Toei stickers on any of the individual boxes but they look as real as anything I've ever seen. Extremely high quality bootlegs.

Thanks for the comparison Branjita that is very great info. Funny that the painted faces are the real ones, I'd prefer plastic hahaha. I received mine and I'm happy that they are real. Wow nice those two figures! Would be awesome to have Gregory. Man I wish they would still make the mini big heads. It's probably the fast way to have a great collection of various characters. But collecting these old releases is too expensive now. I've actually put my set for sale.
