Never heard of this. Is it like tendonitis or carpal tunnel?

its when you perform the same action over and over, think of bending a fork back and forth repeatedly, if you stop and leave it then it willl be just as stable as always but if you keep going the strain makes the metal weaken and eventually snap
this is how my fingers-forearms are minus the snap part, they are weak and i SHOULD let them heal, and will but i'm also not supposed to baby them

odd that so many of you havent heard of it, i heard of it LONG ago. they teach you about it in school
its pretty much just strained fingers/forearms so its relatively minor unless i get to the "snap" lol

You should ice them. Also if you have a chiropractor they might be able to get some muscle stim on it or use ultra sound. But rest up. Edit: Also if its your bone that are the problem. Almond milk helps strengthen your bones. Very high in calcium. Or just plain old almonds. Again feel better.

I think we just call it carpal tunnel here in the US, whether it's accurate or not.

Is it carpal tunnel? If it is then ignore my other post. I thought it was an over use injury.

Sorry to hear that king. My mom has RSI. She had to wear wrist braces for ages. From your comment. I think bran is right. It's carpel tunnel.

Just change hands bro. The King will be back on the throne polishing his sceptre in no time flat! Ahahahahahaaa!
Sorry dude, I couldn't help myself.
Carpel tunnel is not RSI! RSI is like the imaginary little brother to carpel tunnel. It is one of those "magic" covers all bases definitions that GPs and Physios love to slap on anything. It is basically just inflammation of said joints, muscles and or tendons. Just rest it! Take some glucosamine and stay hydrated bro. Cardio and fish oil will help with the recovery, I think.
