The Showa Note company is known for producing many Dragon Ball Z folders, pencils, stickers, and other school supplies. In the late 1980s they also produced a line of large rubber pencil sharpener figures.
They are very similar to the larger Bandai and Epoch keshi produced around the same time.
There are at least 4 figures and at least 4 colors.

This Goku Paperclip case is molded and packaged similar to the sharpener figures. Perhaps the other figures exist as paperclip cases too.
