You'd pretty much just have to custom mix the paint color yourself I imagine. Michael's and Hobby Lobby both sell pearl additive for acrylic paint. I think it is Decoart brand. I used it often when repainting SS hair, but also when I did SSG hair. I just custom mixed this color with a few drops of magenta, red, I think some orange, and the pearl. I then put Testors Model Masters Flat Clear Acryl on it. If you wanted it shiny but not car paint shiny, you could use Semi Gloss Clear Acryl.
I mentioned some stuff about the two pearl additives I own here, so we won't have to rely on my memory. I edited the quote to add a pic I was referencing, so you wouldn't have to go find it:
The Delta Ceramcoat pearl worked really well as three coats of it on top of solid yellow hair on my SS Goku in armor.
My SS Trunks in this pic
has hair painted my typical way--light yellow mixed with DecoArt pearl, with Testors Model Masters Flat Clear Acryl as the final coating 24 hours or more after I finished painting the yellow/pearl. As you can tell, the other way of doing it makes a lot more reflections, as you can barely tell there's any reflecting going on with Trunks. I think I did the same treatment to SS Gohan as SS Trunks. SS Vegeta's hair is just Jakks' solid yellow. The DecoArt you certainly wouldn't want to use straight, you have to mix it, because it has too much of a clear component to work by itself IMO. I'm a fan of the Delta Ceramcoat version now that I know it can be used by itself. Mixed with another color... it just gets lost.
My favorite pic I post is always the before and after. You can see how much work it was to detail the hands and repaint everything and how inferior the original looked.
So there's my advice. Total money invested: probably less than $10 if you use Hobby Lobby's 40% off coupon on their website for the Model Masters clear. As always, I still prefer Delta Ceramcoat acyrlic craft paint for figures over more expensive brands. I'm used to it, and it barely costs me anything because I've been using some of the same paints for 15 years.
King Piccolo is getting closer to finished and I've been experimenting with the pearl some more to see how much pearl is too much pearl. I've been using the Delta Ceramcoat type I don't like, and I have not been mixing it with regular paint like I do with the other type I usually use. So one additional coat on Gohan compared to the last pic. SS Goku has just been getting dry brushed. SS Goku in armor has like 3 layers. I think Gohan has 4 or 5. I think he's at the too much stage lol.
You'll note I said I don't like the DC pearl in this post. Why? Because I was/am used to mixing the Deco Art pearl into my paint and having good results. The DC pearl only works well on top of flawless solid colored paintwork. I don't believe my Frieza Saga SS Goku had flawless paint work or sanding on the hair, and that's why it doesn't look as good as my SS2 Gohan. But for the effect you're wanting, you're probably going to want the DC brand and just put it on top in 3 layers and then wait a day and brush on the Model Masters clear.

Sorry for replying late, thank you so much for your input! I'll have to give a shot at mixing these paints. I've got a couple of base Goku heads I can try it on thankfully I appreciate the guide, thank you!!
