Hi everyone! I just started collecting and I have a few questions so please bare with me!

So I was looking for a Dragon Ball Banpresto figure and it's $130CAD on eBay but on Neokyo it's only $75 which seems very sketchy to me. But do you guys have any experience with that site?

Also was thinking of buying from Ninoma. Anyone have any experience from them?
