Nice job, looks really good! You say you have no experience in skin painting but in my opinion the animé style of Dragon Ball doesn't make skin painting too challenging, it's mostly a single color without much in the way of shading or texture. In my opinion again, the really nice color you painted the shoulderpads and waist armor is a lot tougher to pull off than the skin tone, you should try it again some time if it's really your intent to have him with bare legs, I think you'd easily do it.

That said, he looks really good even with the black leggings!
