And glad to be here! I'm a resident of Japan, with a passion for anime collectibles that all started from (brace yourself for the nostalgia) an imported Goku figure with detachable 亀 shirt that was bought from a 1995 Game Informer magazine.
Honestly at that time I didn't even know what DragonBall was. Just felt inclined to buy that shiny dude... And glad I did. Opened up a new world for me.
I've lived in Japan for four years, and decided to try online selling about a month ago. Before that I would just browse the hobby shops and admire the sheer abundance of anime figures here, as I've never had enough room in my apartment to build a display like I did back in the States.
But actually, I've learned that the excitement for me lies in the hunt. So I figure why not try and earn some bucks doing it along the way?
