Piccolo ended up winning the first tournament which included 20. I personally thought the SS3 Goku should've won easily as I still think its the best original sculpt in the line. Don't know what people are judging their votes on but clearly detail, creativity, quality, etc mean nothing. Thankfully votes have no bearing in what gets released or I'd have to send a couple hundred thousand people to another dimension.

For my taste, the top 3 were Vegeta, Gero and A16. That's excluding the Ichiban Kuji's which were awesome. |

I like the Goku so much because its so different and stylized similar to the Wild Style figures. I say this even as a Vegeta fan who doesn't like having Goku and Vegeta figures in the same room. Only thing that rivals it to me is Gyumao.
I least like kid Chi Chi as I can't understand the rationale behind it. Hey you know how everyone thinks barely clothed kid Chi Chi is totally moe and not at all creepy? Lets make a figure of that blatant lie and pair her with 18 cause reasons!
Waste of damn plastic is what it is. /so angry

There are some preorders on several of these on BiginJapan for about $7 less than Big Bad Toy Store. biginjap.com/en/search?controller=search&orderby=p.date_add&orderway=desc&search_query=dragon+ball&submit_search=SearchYamcha is still available juanjorman. They seem to sell out of their figures really, really quickly. I went ahead and ordered one because $26.36 (including registered SAL (tracking info and insurance)) is a good deal! About $3 less than BBTS. The best part is, I don't have to pay until the figure is in stock in ~July, and I am able to use PayPal! FYI, with regular SAL, Yamcha is $22.33 including shipping. I wanted to be able to track him and have insurance. I can't believe how quickly the others already sold out. I'm glad that the Yam man is still available as he's the only one I really, really am wanting. The rest I'm kind of iffy about. |
