From what I can find, it is quite rare and possibly worth that price. My only reservations are that he's tiny (about 2 inches tall) and he's supposed to come with Mecha Frieza which obviously isn't included.

It’s gashapon size, the irony is that when I buy rare stuff like this, another 1 pops up like a month later for a cheaper price & that always pisses me off. But that’s the gamble we all take

Not really anymore.
I got mine for 40 something. And Mecha was included.
