I’m finding a Perfect Cell figure that scales to the base Real Works figure. Since Cell’s height is 7 feet, his figure’s height should be 5 inches or above, the Real Works’ version of Cell is not that tall from what I remember

I don't know if the HSCF Perfect Cell is any taller than the Real Works one, but it might be the best option for you. The Irwin figure would look like his head is too big if he was next to Real Works figures.
