Ah nice! The prototype looks really good! I wonder why that and Bulma's motorbike weren't released. Also, is the Pilaf Machine really that small?? I haven't seen any scale comparison pics, but in that one it looks super tiny, like HG scale or smaller

I really like that pilaf machine but I'm thankful that I just don't have the money to start a small scale DB collection. If I did, I'd have to buy another armoire or something to hold everything.

I thought you guys would enjoy this. This is a Hildegarn somebody made from... scratch?... that I saw somewhere one time.

That is incredible. If it is made from scratch then even more so

probably the best Pilaf machine for HG scale is the Taki Corporation one. The Kuji looks too little even for gashapons, but it's very well painted the Bulma motorbike got released in the Museum Collection line

How tall is that Hirudegarn?
I'd want a Kuji sized Hirudegarn, Yemma, Wheelo, Lord Slug, Piccolo Junior, Lord Luud, Guru, and Naturon Shenron.

I dunno, maybe 8 inches. It's one of a kind so it doesn't matter too much.

gapudo The IF Labs Movie Collection Lord Slug should work fine for an HG collection. It's very nicely painted, particularly if you find one that wasn't played with. The one I have was played with by the previous owner.

yeah that Lord Slug is very nice but it's articulated, I prefer PVC figures without articulation. An HG gashapon would be perfect another nice little figure would be Minoshia, the Tapion brother

Gotta say I love the look of those Mecha Collection figures and that IF Labs Lord Slug. How rare is the Lord Slug figure to find?

I wouldn't say the Movie Collection Lord Slug is very rare at all. In my opinion, if you're going to have a really large version of Lord Slug, you might as well have a little bit of articulation. The figure is a very nice sculpt. It's a shame an HG one doesn't exist though. There's two versions of the Movie Collection Lord Slug. The regular version with dull colors, and the limited/special edition with more anime-like paint. Mine above is the limited/special edition one with the cape and hood from a regular one. (Why? Because I ended up with the special edition one, liked the colors, and so I gave him the hood and cape from my regular one and sold the regular one without the cape and hood). If you can afford it and find it in the package, I'd recommend doing that, because people tended to break the antennas off him and these figures don't look good with their paint scuffed off. Mine is covered in scuffs similar to this one: Wow, that's in really nice shape for loose, but the cape and hood are missing.
