That custom Hildegarn looks freakin awesome!
I'd have to go with an Oozaru sized Hildegarn as well. Maybe an Oozaru sized Bio Broly or Meta Cooler's huge true form as well.
All three would be movie bosses, so I guess that's a theme. A couple smaller characters from each movie could be made for smaller prizes. Tapion and Minoshiya for Hildegarn, Gohan and Goten w/Trunks... ok, so 3 for Bio Broly. And Goku and Vegeta for Meta Cooler.
A replica of the ocarina in Hildegarn's movie. I can't think of any other incidental items.

It is possible havoc , I believe adrenaline did his. You technically have to break the figure to remove it though, it's not actually meant to be removed. It does look pretty cool off the stand though.

I was fortunate enough to get the Vegeta Oozaru off his base without breaking anything. The only thing you may have to overcome is that the Oozaru may begin to split down the side of his boot where the figure was originally conjoined. It didn't split on mine, but I could tell it was going to start if I had not noticed it and found a way to pull it off by bending it both ways, rather than one. Also, the top might come off at the waist, (which was glued anyway, so I re-glued it) and some of the clearish dust swirls might come unglued too. No biggie. May seem like a hassle, but afterwards, everything was re-glued (which was originally glued anyway) and I sold the base to sparky.
As for my dream kuji, Yemma. I am very surprised they haven't made him yet, sitting at his desk.

I had a bad time removing the pegs from Frieza HQ DX using a kitchen knife.

For the Frieza you should use an x-acto knife, preferably a medium duty blade.
It will probably help you remove the base if you use a hair dryer to heat up the area you are trying to separate on the Oozaru.

Any exposure to extreme heat or light and in a few months it will be "sweating" and cracking. Don't do that... Find another way.

Hmm, maybe better not to do that then if you've had that experience. I haven't had that problem before, but only own a couple of things made of vinyl. Is the base made of plastic, or vinyl? Hair dryers top out at around 140 degrees. Boiling water is about 212 degrees minimum. I'm not a scientist, but I'd say the dry heat is more damaging to the surface and know it's far less effective at penetrating/heating everything. However, using boiling water on something that big is problematic and vinyl is super hollow normally and boiling vinyl stuff is not the best idea because it could deform it since it could be very hollow.

In my experience of repairing iPads, indirect heating is always the best to prevent warping. I use this thing, you just put it in the microwave for a minute and it gets hot and melts the glue. I'm not sure how thick the base on the oozaru is or anything, just a suggestion
