I don't believe we have anyone here who can do that. What I do is use the Google translate app on my phone, take a pic of the text, and it will do character recognition and translate to English. Works ok. It's something you can't do with translate.Google.com unfortunately, you have to use the app on your phone.

I'm using that app on my computer, you have to download BlueStacks, then search on it Google Goggle and get it for free. After installing it you can open the app and drag & drop into it any picture, it will scan it and translate. Sadly it doesn't recognize manually written characters, usually...
So if there's anyone who can translate japanese there please reveal yourself... I'd need a little help on some important material too...
EDIT:
uhm... I tried to scan it and didn't work well for some reason... can you try to take a photo bran? What app are you using exactly?

I just downloaded google translate app. It sucks. at first recognized a bit then it didn't and it translated something like Akira Combined someting LOL

I tried learning but didnt have the time, there are two methods of learning it quick and correct though
Rossetta stone or Primsleur. (Japanese Coach DS helps for the basics)
I learned a bit using Primsleur so i know a bit (very minimal)
might get back to it over the summer but right now coding PHP crap is making my eyes bleed (not literally) lol
