Attachment DeletedI am happy with my new adquisition. The rejuvenation machine, wich is really htf here in argentina. The problem is that the lights and sound arent working, my brother told me he will try to fix. Does anyone know where can I find a pic of the cables and circuits working? I mean without the plastic cap. Because this one has a real mess with them. Thx!!

It's pretty close to the right size! Look at that Beerus bootleg figure! Gonstead That's the Ben Da or Benda figuarts Goku bootleg isn't it? That's another bootleg none of us have managed to get except one of our members who lives in the Philippines. How is the quality of that one? Ok during weekend I ll cut the neck and stick the head. Yes it is Benda, it cames in a box zimulating the figuarts one, the quality is acceptable, the plastic is solid; because there is also another version here, that cames in a card/blister wich is more like pvc and the body has more painting details, but the headis like more "gummy" so i prefer this one, I think that ones that are on blister are the same ones you can see on ebay that are sold loose in a 6 pack.

Well, In my case I´ve studied english since I was 7 years old, the problem in my country (Argentina) is that many people cannot speak in english :S I have a friend that has a huge collection, but isnot able to post anything here, its like chinese for him. Well, talking about DB here in my country, nowadays there are lots of fans, but in the nineties it was totally viral, without being offensive with the other members, I think that in america it used to be the country with more fans, and really sick ones. In my primary school everyone (even some girls) watched the TV show (dubbed by the mexican´s Intertrack) and also collected Sticker/cards albums, it was somehow mandatory back in those times. Ultra Figus, the same line that released the mini figures, also made albums of all the series from Db to DbGT (the are 8 in total, fortunately I own them all ) As you may know, the country is poor so it was hard to have a toy line as jakks/irwin, but as you may know Jocsa re-made some battle collection figures. I remember that back in 1996-97 it was really hard to get figures, so with my brother, we started buying in chinese stores the SBC bootlegs, u$s2 each hehe (without counting Gt, I think in those times we bought every SBC figure at least from Z) Jakks and Irwin were never officialy released here, but AB from france was introduced by a franchise, that brought 4-5 basic models, the firm was called New Toys. As juanjorman said, the mexican dub was nice, and the guys that make it are real idols here. Mario Castañeda - Goku is a genius, he is also the official "dubber" of Bruce Willis, so Goku and John McClane have the same particular voice (it makes me remeber that nice illustration that Tori made of John) Another thing that was funny in those golden days, is that the movies, and DBGT were sold in shops in VHS format brought from spain so the Dub and pronunciation was totally different, and also Weird. Because, as funimation did, the spanish guys also changed some names, i think the mexicans were really respectful with the original japanese ones, except from chichi-milk (because it means nipple). I wont make this post longer and boring, but just as e.g. some spanish funny name pronunciations were: "Songoanda" (all togheter) for gohan; Mutenroi for Kame Sennin, or the Kame Hame Ha was Called "Onda vital" (vital wave)

Welcome/Bienvenido al foro marquillo!! Once you start your figure collection you could post it on the "Member Collections" section!! Do you already know which kind of figures (size, characters etc) are you going to collect? Thank you. Yes, a bit random. But I prefer jakks/irwin and banpresto, the thing is that my country has recently closed the imports, so they're hard to find, and if you do, they are a bit expensive. As soon as I can I will post a pic of the ones I have. Thank you all other guys for the welcome!

Hello, I'm from argentina, and would like to share with you this figures that were released in my country on the early 90's by Jocsa, a toy manufacturer that was popular for selling Rambo, Terminator and some other lines. they were basicly a remake, with a different and heavier plastic, of the super battle collection figures. With a special particularity, in the years they were launched, the first DB saga not Z wab being aired, so many of the characters were totally strange, thats why the manufacturers made a color variant of kid gohan and future trunks, and called them goku and bulma respectively (hahahaha). Also the cards were really poor. Here the pics (I used to have both color variants, but nowadays I dont know where they are Bulma (trunks repaint) Goku (gohan repaint)

Thank you, I'll try to upload them (now in my country the customs/imports are closed, so it is hard to get good stuff :S ) but I hope the president changes her mind soon. You know they're two argentinian Db figures lines, Jocsa -wich made some Battle Collection with other plastic- and Ultra Figus -small figures, new molds, in the scale of the Ab/irwin mini figures-

Hi, I want to share this pic of my first custom. It is a super garlic jr, made with the torso of a Hulk, and the head and legs from a bootleg figuarts piccolo. I added some sculpey (I'm not good at modelling) wich needs some sanding, and of course the paint. Plase give me your oppinion. Thx.
