We're not going to allow them. They take up too much vertical space and are annoying.

Pretty much yeah. But, if, for example, you call another member a crap breathed, jerk eating bastard that can rot in hell, you'll be banned. You'll also be in trouble if you put that quote of what I just said in your sig lol.

If you're foul-mouthed enough consistently I'll probably kick ya off, but I don't imagine that will be a problem for 99% of the members here to worry about.
We don't have specific rules (yet?) about conduct. Pretty much if you're a dick and get on one or all of the administrator's and/or moderator's nerves, there's a chance you'll be getting booted off the site. Excessive cussing, trolling, posting pics that don't belong here, etc.... Pretty common-sense rules.
