What this line needs is a good Master Stars Piece Piccolo, then I'll be content if they decide to end it.

SparkySS4: Sounds like some noteworthy projects indeed. With these types of vehicles, standards were still common. Are you a standard or automatic kind of guy? I have all standards, always have, and will as long as I can get vehicles that have them. Not for the macho factor, nor for any type of argumentative reason, simply because that's what I learned to drive on, and have always had.
I have a '91 Chevy K1500 Silverado 5-Speed, Standard cab, Long bed 4x4 that was originally a 4.3L, but after going through a couple junker replacement engines, I just recently had a garage get a TBI 350 small block crate to put in and do the conversion for me. It is running better than ever now. Currently in progress on some mild body work touch ups on the fenders on that truck.
My main driver is a '13 Toyota Tacoma 6-speed, TRD Off-Road with towing package. It is a hardy mid-size that does all the day to day stuff I need of it. It is an extended cab with the longer 6 ft. bed.
Both are good at the type of Off-roading I do, which is usually when I go hunting or camping and use them to traverse dirt roads or mountain passes. Never got into the rock crawling stuff, but I've watched some impressive youtube videos of things guys have pulled off with Trucks and Jeeps over the years.

It is too bad no more characters materialized for this line. I think of all the newer stuff I've collected, this was my favorite line. They could have kept issuing characters, and I would have been unable to resist buying them all.

Wow, just for novelty sake, and partially for nostalgia, I had to click on the link and check out the photos. It looks legitimate to me, as best as I can tell anyway. I never owned any FAP figures, but I did see a lot of pictures of them back when Bran and I were collecting around the turn of the century. I never considered that Yardrat Goku to be any sort of Holy Grail or anything, but it was definitely one of the rarest figures if it did exist. Only 100 made, so ultra rare right from the get go. By the time Dragonball was catching on here, and we started collecting, it was already the late 1990's, and that figure was made when, 1992 or 3, right? I've seen so many comments, figure articles, and reviews over the years, and people always parroted that FAP Yardrat Goku as the rarest of rare bit. Yet, no one ever knew if it even truly existed, considering how many prototypes of various things have been shown and never materialized over the years. I never imagined anything would ever surface about it by this point in time, some twenty four years later. I also assumed that out of those limited 100 made, a bunch had to have fallen into the hands of kids who tore them up, not knowing what it was. I also assumed if anyone still had one, they had it safely squirreled away somewhere hidden and probably had no idea the notoriety the figure had among the western fanbase.
It looks very similar the rare photos shown of the figure, my guess is that it is probably legitimate. If it is a fake of some sort, someone went to an awful lot of trouble to replicate what was shown in the pictures. Either way, it really isn't that desirable beyond the rarity factor, and none of us will ever have one and have to worry about the authenticity of it or not, so it doesn't really matter much. Despite that, it is really cool to see something surface at this late date. It is kinda cool that it possibly actually exists.
Only differences I noticed was in the coloring of the neck of the shirt and the wrist cuffs of the shirt are slightly darker than the promotional image. Could be a difference between the prototype and limited production version, or it could be a clue that it is not real. We've nothing to compare it to, so it is just something that can't really be determined with absolute certainty. Only an original owner of one who got one from said event could tell us that for sure.

What is the price for the collector's edition? This is available in the USA this time, right? That CE for the first Xenoverse with the MSP Trunks was Europe only, wasn't it?

Sorry man, I didn't know about it so I didn't answer. I have the Oolong from Bandai from the 90's somewhere. I used to display him with some of my SBC and Irwin guys back when I collected them. I can confirm that back then, that was the best one to get to scale pretty close with them. I hope that helps a little bit, even though it doesn't help much with the product you asked about.

Ice Queen, I did the same thing!! I pre-ordered "The Brush" from Gamestop, and then they announce this! I'll probably just do the same thing as you, and just stick with the pre-order, and buy the game separately.
My MSP collection has grown a bit. I decided to collect just Super Saiyans (Unless they make a Piccolo at some point, then I'll be all over that). The reason being is they have two different normal Goku's, but no normal Vegetas for some reason. I just got MSP Vegeta today, and like everyone else, mine was in a crappy box that was bent up a bit, and I feared bootleg. It had the gold Toei sticker, and the wording matched the wording on the box for my other MSP figures, so I guess I am good. I do have a question though, does the Vegeta not come with a foot stand thing like the others? Because mine did not.
I now have the following: -King of Coloring Super Goku -Super Vegeta -Super Gohan 2 -Super Trunks
So there are repaints of Vegeta and Gohan coming out? Are they going to be those Manga Styling ones? If so, I think I'm content with the ones I got, as those aren't my cup of tea. If they are King of Coloring variants, then I might be a bit irritated that I just paid a good amount to get the older versions..
At this point, the only other ones that interest me are Super God Goku and Super God Vegeta. There are no normal Vegetas, so the normal Gokus and normal Trunks don't really interest me. I may get Freeza too eventually, but I think that will be all I'll take from this line in the long run. Gotenks and Vegito don't do much for me, I've never been a huge fan of fusion figures in every line imaginable. They always make Gotenks in every line by every company. Irwin was the only one to make a Super Goten & Super Trunks two figurine pack. I'd rather have a MSP pair of those two than the combined form every time.

Well, I just got the Cell and Super Gohan from the first set. I ordered all three, and contacted the seller, and they assured me they were sorry for the mixup and would be sending the Goku directly. I want to get the Ginyus, but I'm tapped out on cash at the moment. Had an unexpected major expense recently, so that is putting my collecting on hold for the moment. This is a great line, and I want more of it.

I wanted to acknowledge a bunch of different things being said in here. You guys are mentioning things I want to respond to, so I'll just type an individual paragraph for each thing.
First is about Ads, all I see are two small panels at the bottom of each page. Are there popup ones too? I have a popup blocker on my computer, so I haven't seen anything besides the ones I mentioned. I hate for anyone to experience difficulties visiting and contributing here, perhaps we can make a thread for recommended blockers and such so new visitors to the site can stop them too if they are unsure? I know a lot of anti-virus and PC security programs include them too, so there's my suggestion on that note.
Second, about facebook and such, I leave that to the younger crowd, that's their thing. While I have a facebook page, I really don't enjoy bothering with it much. It feels like an additional daily chore that makes paying attention to everyone else's life a hobby all its own. While there are personality types that thrive on that sort of thing, mine isn't one of them. On that note, I have noticed that this forum employs a "like" function. While it is nice to get notifications that someone read and enjoyed a post I've made, I feel it is a bit counter productive at the same time. Without further posts to individual threads, the discussion dies down when our responses are just "likes" to everything. That is not to say that I do not appreciate the function (It lets me know what members with similar collecting themes to my own are reading and enjoying what I am posting), but at the same time, it cuts down on the furthering of the public discussions at the same time. Kinda a "catch 22" sort of thing. Don't take it personally if I don't use the function (I don't use it on facebook either), just know if I respond to a thread or post you've made, I probably liked what you had to show or say.
RedStar: You've been great to me since I came back. The first few threads I posted in, you took the time to answer and explain my questions. I appreciated the help in checking out different lines and figuring out what I wanted to collect. I think I am a similar collector to your preferences. I am all about Banpresto stuff, and not really into figurearts or the other lines of figures out there. So, you can add me to the list of similar collectors to discuss with.
Sparky: You seem to have taken on some automotive hobbies similar to my own. What year MR2 are you working on? Those are fairly rare to see these days, and I bet it is a great project car. You also mentioned a Jeep, are you into off-roading much? We definitely can have some interesting talks about cars. I am an off-roading (I have 4x4 pickups) and sports car (Muscle cars are my thing) kind of guy, so while specific preferences are different, we enjoy vehicles in the same broader categories. I'd like to see some pictures of your rides sometime.
Branjita: Been great catching up, and talking about our mutual hobbies again. Thanks for everything you do to keep things running here, and your contributions to the community.
Everyone else: Thanks for helping me transition back into a hobby I thought I'd never return to. Everyone's been great answering my questions and posting comparison shots when I requested them. I gave up certain other hobbies that I lost interest in, so I had room to bring this one back again. I'll probably never collect with the fervor that I did in my younger days, but even a modest collection can be built now with all the different product lines to choose from. I look forward to talking with everyone more and contributing in the months ahead.

I just ordered these together as a set. They were just too cool looking to pass up. Hands down the best looking Goku figure I have ever seen in terms of character likeness. Just need to think of something to use as the super genki dama now.
Edit/Update>> I got mine in the mail today, these are super cool. Only complaint is that they don't stand that well, even with the foot base on the one foot. I am considering buying something to use as a Genki Dama (one of those big balls they sell for kids in the summer time maybe?), and hanging mine from the ceiling with fishing line to display him. That might look really neat. I dunno, when I figure it out, I'll post pictures.

That's right, Bomber Jacket Goku. I knew it was a variant that never went into production. Too bad one of those never cropped up in that Collect them all set.

Great comparison shots, I think I like how they scale with TFC, so I will probably try to pick these up at some point.
